Albufeira Mar Vilas

Stayed here during Christmas and had a great time. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the town center and the beach. The property was clean and well-maintained, with a lovely swimming pool area. We enjoyed sitting on the sunny veranda, which had a beautiful sea view. The villas were spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing plenty of space for our family.

There were a few drawbacks. The downstairs single beds were quite small and only suitable for children.

Spacious villa with comfortable beds, excellent showers, and a fully equipped kitchen. Good English-speaking cleaning staff. Lovely sea view from upstairs. Convenient location near the beach and shopping center.

The villa is conveniently located, just a short walk from both the beach and the town center. The spacious rooms and bathrooms provide ample comfort for guests, and the pool, although shared, is often empty. The daily cleaning service is helpful and the nearby supermarket has all the necessary amenities.

The communication with the owner could be improved, as instructions were only provided a day before departure.

Plenty of space, well-equipped villa, secure shutters and electric gates for safety, south-facing with sea views and the sound of waves.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints at all.

Stayed at Albufeira Mar Vilas for a week with my family. Fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk to the bustling Albufeira Old Town. The property was spacious and clean, with a lovely swimming pool area and a sunny veranda. The villa had all the necessary equipment for self-catering and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The electronic security shutters on the patio doors were a great feature. Carmen, the owner, was lovely and accommodating. Would recommend for a family holiday.

Excellent security and quiet location. Clean rooms, changed towels frequently and provided laundry service. Lovely pool area and friendly cleaning staff. Definitely recommend.

Lovely spacious villas and great location just steps away from the beach. Villa owners were friendly and accommodating. Villa's pool was exclusively for our use during the majority of our stay. Supermarket conveniently located nearby.

Our stay at Mar Vilas was fantastic! We were in Albufeira for a relaxing beach getaway and stayed at the hotel for a week. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and the charming old town. The premises were spacious and could easily accommodate a larger group. We loved the balcony in our room and the fact that all the rooms had one. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the regular towel changes. a wonderful experience!

our recent stay in albufeira was fantastic, but our stay at mar vilas was even better. the location was excellent, close to the old town yet quiet and secure. the villa itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. we will definitely be staying at mar vilas again.

Beautiful and clean villas with fantastic space, perfect for families. Stunning sea view and a pool that is never crowded. Great location, close to the old town and train station. Electric blinds for privacy and a safe environment for all.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Mar Vilas in Albufeira. The villa was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep. The villa complex felt safe and secure, with a locked gate entrance. We loved the well-stocked kitchen and the convenience of having a dishwasher. The pool area was clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for exploring the old town, just a short walk from the viewpoint escalators. I highly recommend this villa for a memorable stay in Albufeira.

Pros': The value for money at Mar Vilas was amazing, with spacious and well-equipped villas that were kept very clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though they didn't speak English.
